WHAT MAKES A GREAT CANDIDATE?

Must have, or be working towards a high school diploma or equivalent (G. E. D.)

Energetic, engaging and enthusiastic

Ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays

Abide by center's dress code policy

Attention to detail, strong organizational ability: ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions

Possess good customer relations abilities, outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude, team-oriented

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ON A DAILY BASIS?

Greet every guest with a smile, eye contact, and enthusiasm

Provide information about facilities, entertainment options, rules and regulations

Assist guests with questions regarding the purchase of, account summary or activity summary of their fun card

Answer guest questions and make recommendations as necessary

Cashier for redemption prizes

Perform all opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked

Games & Attractions Attendants set the stage for nearly every Skatetown Hysteria experience. Games & Attractions  Attendants are responsible for welcoming guests and providing valuable recommendations and information to ensure a top-notch guest experience. Our Games & Attractions Attendants are knowledgeable about our product offering, anticipate guest needs, and exhibit genuine enthusiasm in all that they do.
