18 years of age or older

Ability to work professionally as a team and independently when necessary

Experience completing cleaning tasks with minimal supervision

Safe use of chemicals

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ON A DAILY BASIS?

Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, and equipment

Maintain cleanliness for all restrooms and ensure properly stocked of paper products, soaps, and other

Disinfect commonly used items like door handles, hand railings and telephones

Clean spills with appropriate equipment

Prioritize tasks and recycling bins inside and outside the building

Reliable; consistently at work and on time

Additional duties and responsibilities to be performed when directed by the manager

Required to follow all safety procedures and practices and follow PPE protections to ensure personal and guest safety from potential hazards

About the position
The Custodial & Maintenance is responsible for maintaining a clean facility, including but not limited to hard floors, carpeted floors, bathrooms, stocking paper products, and removing the trash. All while having the highest regard for safety and cleanliness.
